Thank you on the follow up. Ideally, if you can verify that the Samsung PM1733 is functional outside the unit, this would eliminate the drive itself as the possible cause. Could you answer some additional questions on your setup?
-Could you provide information on the CPU you are using along with the model numbers of Intel drives are you using?
-Besides the Intel drives, are you using any other PCIe devices or drives?
-Are you able to configure the BIOS to have the PCIe slots run at PCIe 3.0? This is to check if the issue is related to difference between PCIe 3.0 and 4.0.
The MB699VP-B V3 does supply power to the 3.3v line. However, if the drives does not use the 3.3v for anything, this line should not be an issue.
