-Have you confirm the drive is working outside the unit?
-Are you using a SATA m.2 drive? This product does not support PCIe NVMe m.2 drives.
-Have you tried connecting the converter with drive directly to a SATA port on the computer? Additionally, try booting up the OS with the converter plugged in.
-Does the drive show up at all in disk management?
-Could you check if the m.2 drive is fully seated in the connector inside the unit?
