Additionally, could you provide a picture of the damage power connector along with a copy of the invoice/receipt on the purchase of your unit? Send the requested information to tech@icydock.com
If the unit is out of warranty, a replacement board still can be provided at a cost. File a RMA request with the link above. Cost of the board would be discussed over email.
