My Icy Dock 4-drive external USB3 drive bay (Model MB561U3S-4S R1) cannot now be started since upgrading my desktop to Build 18362.1016
It was working just fine an hour ago under Windows 10 version 1809
Ii have also tried plugging it into a laptop running Windows 10 1903 Build 18362.1016 and I get the same error on that machine too.
In Device manager (General) it says
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
In the Events tab it says:-
Device USB\VID_152D&PID_0567\152D00539000 had a problem starting.

In the Event Viewer, there is an additional related warning:-

Of course I have tried unplugging and reconnecting it, uninstalling reinstalling and upgrading the drivers via Device Manager, to no avail.
Please advise. I need this machine and these drives for my work.
Is there an updated USB3 device driver for this dock that I can use with the new version of Windows 10?
Cheers
Steve
