-When the drives self-ejected, was the interruption for a few seconds or did the interruption lasted more longer?
It was only for a few seconds.
Also, did you power off the unit or do any sort of hardware change during this interruption?
No powering off or changes at all
-Did the interruption happened when the computer was idle or active?
I was actively using it at the time.
-Did this issue appear anytime after the drives appeared normally again?
No, it only happened the one time so far. However, since then I have had other problems, such as locking up and not powering down (screen goes dark but computer stays on, even overnight. Computer had to be turned off using the power button).

Mohave 10.14
Drive name: TFG Drive, Seagate Barracuda ST0000DM006 2GB, 5900 RPM
Drive name: Video RAID, same specs as above
Drive Name: LPM Drive, Samsung HD103UJ 1 TB, 7200 RPM
Drive Name: Video RAID 2, Western Digital WD20EEZRZ, 2 TB, 5400 RPM
