Just an idea I had thinking about how to make the best use of 2 remaining 5,25" slots in my home server:
Fits
- 2x 5,25"
contains
- 3x 3,5" HDD trays, horizontally stacked (e.g. as in MB153SP-B), not centered, but to one side
and
- 2x 2,5" SSD SATA / U.2 trays, vertically (e.g. trays similar to CP093)
or
- 4x M.2 SSD SATA / PCIe trays, vertically 2x2 (e.g. trays similar to CP081)
I don't know of how much interest 3,5" LFF products still are.
I'd find it interesting since I could pretty much fit all drives of my current build into such a product. It could take a whole 3 HDD raidz-1 + cache SSD + system SSD.
Just wanted to drop that off.

Daniel
